Some of that will be sensitive possibly, relating to health or disability, background checks by government, membership of trade unions, etc. Sensitive information would be disclosed only with your consent, if it was relevant. In many cases generic detail of candidates is initially provided by Hallmark Consulting to client employers seeking to make appointments and when indicated as needed we discuss together the disclosure of further personal detail to progress recruitment. It is only in some circumstances that the name of your current employer, confirmation of employment or reference are required for negotiations with recruiting employers. We respect your privacy overall and handle confidential information with care. Contact us if the information needs to be updated. It is important to make sure that resume is realistic and accurate, up to date and presentable. It is crucial to a successful outcome for you. Recruiting decision-makers scan them quickly so layout is vital. A maximum of 5 pages is recommended.
